For youth wanting to experiment with the lab full time via the school district:
- registration form for the TSD Innovation Lab (LEAP lab)
- parent letter/waiver
or - go to Ferguson High School (1101 Hilltop Dr) fill out the hard copies and leave them there.
For anyone wanting to experiment/dabble with the lab [ie: homeschoolers, mentors]:
- parent letter/waiver for anyone under 18
- volunteer form for anyone over 18 wanting to mentor alongside and/or as a learner.
